It is able to produce a good hum-less sound via the output speaker wires into a speaker. Sound great at normal listening level.
Hum control works and I was able to remove the hum. All tubes light up after turning on and they are fitted with the following.

The internals are point to point wired. Bottom cover is missing screws and rubber feet. The transformer screws does not have some of the black caps on it. Three knobs for the adjustments are missing. The chrome surface finish needs some cleaning and have a spec imperfection 1 inch away from the 300B socket at the 10 o'clock position. Size is about half a grain of rice.
