ECC99 300B hand made tube amplifier (mono block construction)

In this version, the input tube is a JJ ECC99 which gives a more detailed, faster sound. Each mono block consist of 300W power toroid, Kenotron 5C4Ms. ASC X386S first capacitor and a choke made from output transformer iron, followed by Mundorf Power Tanks. Power line for the first stage is stabilised with a custom made plasma tube (which is the most important part in this amplifier and makes it sound a lot better compared to the regular CLC power supply).

Anode resistors are Takman Metal film on the input tube, and Mills for cathode bias. Cathode capacitors are silver tantalum military grade. Interstage capacitors are Mundorf M CaP Supreme between input and driver section with Mundorf M CaP Supreme Silver-Gold between the driver section and the 300B. Output tube is TJ300B solid plate. Volume control is made with a 24 position switch (logarithmic) with high precision resistors for perfect channel matching. Output power is around 6W. Load of the 300B is 5K at 8ohm. Due to the exacting specifications of this quality custom build, we need about a month to assemble and test, before sending your amplifier to you.
