Brass faceplate could use a good polishing. Only very minor nicks and scratches that would best be called imperfections. One chassis screw is missing.

5V4G is a green label Sylvania. 12AU7 and 12AT7 are Tung Sol from late 1950s. I used this for a while about 4 years ago.

I tested it for sale and it powered right on and sounds good. It is all original so I would recommend having the large electrolytics checked out before putting it into regular use.
