The meter lights up, but has no movement when trying to set the bias of each output tube and AC balance setting. The EL34 tubes were biased using a digital volt meter and held their bias throughout the testing of this amplifier (many hours). It is in good cosmetic condition with some blemishes and scratches. THIS IS A SINGLE MONO AMPLIFIER!
