Pair NOS US Made AMPEREX JAN-833A Triode Tube WAVAC RCA Single Ended Amplifiers

For sale is One NEW / NOS Pair of U. A made vintage Amperex JAN-833A High Power Transmitting Triode tubes as seen in the pictures.

They are super rare and hard to find pair of U. They are both new and never been used other than a brief testing in the High Voltage Plate / Current test rig to ensure they works fine.

There is no original boxes for them but they have been repacked by the previous owner in the comparable 833A boxes. But the project is put on hold indefinitely and I think it's better to offer them up for someone else to use. They are very rare and original U. Each tube has all the beautiful texts and letters intact. Text / Letting color on one tube is RED and the other tube is a bit more orange red color.

The labeling also is a bit different since they are made at different times. Date Codes are # 71-52 on the Orange labeled tube and #501 on the Red labeled tube. Getter materials are shiny and nice and bright on both tubes.

Glass envelope is crystal clear and no signs of secondary burns or usage. Please see all the pictures and enlarge them. What you see is what you get.
