Vintage 1958 Hoffman Monoblock Tube Amplifier & AM/FM Tuner EL84 6BQ5 SERVICED

The amplifier works and I've used it fairly regularly, sounds amazing with the 50s era Voice of Music two way speaker I've had attached to it. Capacitors replaced and tubes checked, most likely has silver mica disease and needs all the IF transformers serviced. It lights up with a good tuning indicator but does not receive any stations. The amplifier has also had all the black beauties replaced with modern mylar capacitors, cleaned controls, tube sockets, and the 6x4 rectifier has been replaced with silicon diodes.

The graphical eq is a thin piece of flexible plastic that tracks up and down on an interesting cord operated apparatus. Cabinets were stripped and restored with new veneer.
