This power supply is for use with the MI-200 / A-109. It comes with M-147C & M-148A transformers and 4- 5U4 and a solid state 5Y3 as shown. According to the previous owner, This came out of a Tektronix lab and was in operation until fairly recently. This was brought up slowly on a variac and tested with an amplifier and worked fairly well. Note that it will likely need a full tune-up.
